Starter Sets

Rotating Instruments in a starter set at an affordable price

Starter-Set Sintered Diamonds
With the sintered diamond, in the shapes inverted cone, torpedo, flame and bullet, it is possible to trim dental crowns, bridges and veneers made of ceramic materials gently and efficiently, such as, layering ceramics, zirconium ceramics, glass ceramics, lithium disilicate, hybrid ceramics. Depending on the shape of the grinding instruments, they are suitable for grinding the tooth fissure, tooth shape and ceramic surface structure or surface texture in anterior aesthetics in the dental laboratory. The hybrid bonded grinding instruments made of a metallic bond with specially matched natural diamonds (abrasive), allow gentle processing of the sintered ceramic in the ceramic department. The coordinated diamond grain size, grinds cool and calm, without heating the material structure, therefore no micro-cracks or chipping occur on the ceramic surface. Natural diamonds are usually much sharper than synthetics and offer the advantage of working rationally and efficiently. They grind cool & quiet, without heating the material structure, therefore no micro-cracks or chipping occur on the surface. If necessary, the sintered diamonds can be shaped with the green dressing stone and cleaned with the white cleaning stone.

Starter-Set for Plaster
The flexible plaster cutting disc is double-sided, electroplated with a medium diamond grit and is suitable for cutting press-mouldings, plaster, saw-cut models and for all dental plasters such as impression, alabaster, super hard plaster for work preparation. The further developed, cross-toothed plaster cutter 060, with black ring, is suitable for working on the material surfaces of plaster models of the upper & lower jaw. The middle cross-toothing of the tungsten carbide cutter, with blue ring 040, resembles a rose drill in its head shape and is therefore suitable for exposing the preparation border of dental crowns and bridges from stumps.

Starter-Set for Resin
The tungsten carbide burs, with red ring 060, 040, for dental plastics technology, are suitable for removing denture acrylics and tray materials, which are then sanded with sandpaper and polished to a high gloss with polishing paste on the polishing motor. The further developed cross-toothed plaster milling cutter 060, with black ring, is suitable for machining the material surfaces of UV tray plates, of plaster models of the upper jaw & lower jaw and for the rapid removal of dental acrylics in the prosthetics and orthodontics department. The cross-toothed burr with blue ring and fine tip for deepening occlusal fissures, main fissures and creating secondary fissures in confection teeth and acrylic teeth.

Starter-Set for Metal Alloys
The fine titanium toothing, in orange, and the medium cross toothing, in blue, are specially designed for the surface finishing of crowns and bridges made of non-precious metal alloys in the precious metal and model casting departments. The milling cutters are suitable for machining fixed and combined dentures such as removable clasp and telescopic dentures made of non-precious model casting and precious metal alloys. The polishing system in the shapes, wheel, roller, polishing pin, for the safe and gentle finishing, polishing of telescopes, conical crowns, double crowns, partial crowns, inlays and model castings made of alloys on a cobalt-chromium basis (CoCr). The flexible silicone polishers in black (coarse) consist of a silicone-diamond bond and are suitable for pre-polishing dental alloys in the dental laboratory. With a shaft diameter of Ø 2.35 mm for the dental handpiece, the mandrels are suitable for securely attaching the rubber or silicone polishing wheels. The special mandrels, with reinforced flange and a plate support, offer the highest possible safety.

Starter-Set for Splints
Carbide burs for fine contoured cutting of thermoforming sheets and thermoforming plates. The cutter made of carbide has a 4-edge shape, runs more smoothly than the 3-edge and is suitable for cutting out the interdental papillae areas, marginal areas of thermoforming materials, bite splints, knee splints, dental splints, transparent, invisible tooth corrections or bleaching splints made of elastic, soft-elastic and hard-elastic foils produced with the help of vacuum thermoforming devices. This rotating instrument is suitable for both right and left-handers. The tungsten carbide burs, with red ring 060, 040, for dental plastics technology, are suitable for removing denture acrylics and tray materials, which are then sanded with sandpaper and polished to a high gloss with polishing paste on the polishing motor. The clamping mandrel for securely attaching the polishing wheels made of rubber or silicone for the technical handpiece in the dental technique. These are suitable for finishing and smoothing dental crowns & bridges made of precious and non-precious base metal alloys. With a Ø 2.35 mm shaft for the dental handpiece, a reinforced flange and a plate support, above and below the polishing wheels, the screw mandrel offers the highest possible safety. The CHARMING fleece disc generates less frictional heat compared to a silicone disc. The flow disc for cool processing of plastics, is ideally suited for finishing a thermoelastic splint. The polishing disc for acrylic surfaces, occlusal contacts and for transitions of acrylic set-ups in the combination technique. The polishing system for safe and gentle polishing of telescopes, dentures and model castings made of CoCr & precious base metal alloys in dental technology. The metal polishers consist of a rubber-diamond bond and are suitable for the pre-polishing of dental alloys in the laboratory.
