EASY NEM® 360 - Dental Alloy for Combined Dentures
The clinically proven, biocompatible alloy is non-precious and based on cobalt-chrome. The proven CoCr formulation has been refined with additives such as molybdenum, silicon and manganese. The composition ensures fine-grained structure and corrosion resistance. Optimal stability for mandibular clasps & maxillary plates and the soft property allows the activation of tooth clasps for clasp dentures.
The model casting denture alloy has a low melting interval and flows like a gold alloy. The low hardness of 360 HV allows easy finishing, milling with tungsten carbide cutters and polishing with silicone polishers, rubber polishers & metal polishers in the dental labs. The casting alloy is carbon-free and therefore ideally suited for laser welding and soldering in dental technology.

Biocompatible, corrosion-resistant & veneerable special solder for homogeneous soldering results before ceramic firing and joining wire for repairs/extensions of dental crowns, bridges, double crowns, telescopic crowns, conical crowns, removable clasp dentures, telescopic dentures, for the model casting in the laboratory. Suitable for non-precious casting alloys in dental technology based on cobalt. With the dental solder you get a reliable melting point detection as well as an optimal flowability. The welding and laser wire guarantees an ideal melting ability, is suitable for all non-precious metal dental alloys.
