EASY UV Block-Out Material - Light-curing dental resin
It is a one-component resin and is suitable for modelling, blocking out undercuts and for building up tooth stumps on dental plaster. The modelling resin burns ash free without leaving any residue and is used to fix the soldered joint on the soldering investment of dental crowns and bridges. EASY UV Blockout can be cured quickly with LED, UV light or Halogen light and offers dental technicians’ high dimensional stability and fracture resistance in the dental laboratory.
After curing, it is edge stable and technicians can reprocess it with low dust levels using rotating instruments such as cross-cut tungsten carbide cutters. The resin in the rotary syringe, can be used for die preparation, precious metal department, crown & bridge technique and deep drawing technique with deep drawing equipment.
EASY UV Spacer - light-curing dental varnish for model fabrication
It is a one-component varnish, suitable for application and varnishing of tooth stumps. The brush in the cap allows the liquid to be applied efficiently on the Type 4 super hard dental gypsum. EASY UV Varnish can be cured quickly with LED, UV light or halogen light at 350-400 NM.
After polymerisation, the microfine surface of 10µ is dimensionally stable, glass-hard, non-brittle, very smooth, resistant & scratch-resistant to steam jets and metal modelling instruments.
EASY UV Spacer Thinner
The thinning liquid for the light-curing varnish in dental technology, is suitable as an aid for thinning and adjusting the layer thickness or viscosity.
EASY The Hardeners
The universal plaster hardener for impression plaster, alabaster plaster, model hard plaster, super hard plaster and regardless of whether it has low or high expansion after setting. The transparent hardener has a thickness of 0µ, therefore it does not spread, is completely absorbed into the plaster, closes the pores and hardens the plaster surface. The subsequent insulation therefore does not draw in and offers the user sufficient safety.
EASY Die Spacer - Air-curing dental die varnish for model production
With the brush, in the cap, the distance varnish can be applied quickly and evenly as a placeholder for the cement gap on the dental plaster. After hardening, the varnish surface is resistant & scratch-resistant to steam jets and metal modeling instruments. For optimal die varnish results, we recommend using the plaster hardener, EASY Die Hardener, beforehand.
Hurricane® plaster cutting disc 0.35 mm with good cutting performance & long tool life
The flexible plaster cutting disc is double-sided, electroplated with a medium diamond grit and is suitable for cutting press muffles, plaster, saw-cut models and for all dental plasters such as impression plaster, alabaster plaster, model hard plaster, super hard plaster and regardless of whether it has low or high expansion.
