The abrasive stones in green conical, chalice, reversed cone, wheel, yellow lens, parallel and flame form, it is possible to trim crowns, bridges, telescopes & veneers made of all ceramic materials, such as layered ceramics, zirconium, zirconium oxide (ZrO2), glass ceramics, lithium disilicate, hybrid ceramics and regardless of whether they are high-fusing, low-fusing or monolithic (multi-layered). They are suitable for grinding separate press ceramic canals in the dental laboratory. The Diamond Trimmer Brown Lens, due to its shape and adapted grain size, is also suitable for precious metal alloys & non-precious metal alloys based on cobalt-chrome (CoCr). Our grinding tools with hybrid grits made of a ceramic bond and specially matched natural diamonds, allow a gentle processing of the sintered ceramics in the ceramics and CAD/CAM department.

Natural diamonds are usually much sharper than synthetic ones and offer the advantage of working rationally and efficiently. They grind cool & quiet, without heating the material structure, therefore no micro cracks or chipping on the surface occur. As the bond does not contain any metal parts, black stripes or grey lines are excluded. The dental instruments do not need to be cleaned or peeled off, because they sharpen themselves by removing the diamond coating.
